What the platform is
Data Science India is an independent education and technology publication. We publish articles and self-paced courses on data science, machine learning, generative AI, and related systems. Everything offered on this site today is free. Content is for learning. It is not legal, investment, medical, or employment advice, and it does not guarantee a job, certification from a university, or a specific exam result unless a course page says so in writing.
We are not affiliated with employers or vendors mentioned in tutorials unless we say so explicitly. See the Disclaimer.
Accounts
- Provide a valid email and keep your password confidential.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, scrape content at scale, share login credentials, or attempt to bypass access controls.
- You may request deletion via hello@datascienceindia.com.
Free content and courses
Blog posts and courses are for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy course materials into competing products, resell them, or republish them as your own. Enrollment does not create a consumer sale.
Intellectual property
Site design, course text, and original articles belong to Data Science India or their licensors. You keep rights to messages you send us; you grant us a licence to use them to operate and improve the site. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to:
- Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
- Attack, overload, or probe the service without permission.
- Misrepresent completion of a course or our affiliation.
- Use automated tools in a way that harms the service or other learners.
Availability
We try to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. We may change, pause, or withdraw courses or features.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on tutorials. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded (for example fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the date above means you accept the revised version for future use of the site.
